Administration

Kasturi

Head of School

Kasturi (Ms. Kat) is a Psychology graduate with a Masters in Child Development as well as an MBA from Rice University. She has worked extensively with children with special needs and in the last decade, has been working in IT, managing diverse teams. While this is her first time heading a school, she is no stranger to the Montessori philosophy. She has four lovely children, all Montessori graduates and has seen first-hand how the Montessori experience has enabled them to adjust to different situations, challenges, study environments and move ahead as well-adjusted, healthy, happy and helpful individuals. Therefore, when she had the opportunity to step back into the world of early education, she made it a point to make it a Montessori experience through the amazing Montessori Pathways family.

Sandra Pereira Da Costa, Lead Teacher - Toddler Class

Sandra Pereira Da Costa

Lead Teacher - Toddler Class

Mrs. Sandra is originally from Guatemala, a country with a beautiful culture where grace and courtesy are part of everyday life. This background shapes her approach as a Montessori educator, where I emphasize respect, kindness, and nurturing each child’s independence and potential. She began her journey as a mother of three, where she fell in love with the Montessori Method. Experiencing its transformative impact on her own children inspired her to pursue an AMS certification; so, she could better support children and families. To Mrs. Sandra, Montessori is more than just a school- it is a way to nurture independence, foster curiosity, and help children thrive. She is dedicated to creating an environment where every child can grow, explore, and develop at their own pace, guided by respect and a deep belief in their potential.
